A Melbourne mum and a 10-member syndicate from NSW will net $50 million each from the August 3 draw.
The syndicate's winning ticket was bought at a newsagency in the Sydney suburb of Rosebery.
They also won division two 19 times meaning each member is pocketing $5,077,673.41.
"This is unbelievable," one of the syndicate members told The Lott.
"My wife is crying. I don't have a mortgage anymore and my retirement will be much easier."
Meanwhile a Melbourne mum took a bit longer to discover her windfall after her contact details weren't completed correctly with her online entry.
When she found out on August 4 she said her work colleagues were "clapping and cheering" around her.
"This is absolutely life-changing. This will help me look after my kids. I'll also look forward to saying goodbye to my job," she said.

Along with the two division one winners, 49 entries took out division two wins for a prize worth more than $40,000 each.
It's the second time the Powerball has hit the $100 million jackpot in 2023, but the largest on offer was $150 million in 2022.
Six weeks prior a Bankstown dad pocketed the entire $100 million as the only division one winner on June 22.
It made him the second-biggest winner in Australian lottery history, after a Sydney nurse who won more than $107 million in January 2019.
The winning numbers in the August 3 draw were 13, 7, 18, 1, 23, 25 and 33. The Powerball number was 7.
The chances of winning the top prize are just one in 134 million and up to half of Australian adults were expected to enter the August 3 draw.
