FORMER Home and Away starlet Holly Brisley has put her harbourside home on the market.
The television presenter of World's Craziest Videos, who has also been a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, got her start in showbiz when she was a teenager hosting Agro's Cartoon Connection.
More recently, she's starred in the television series Fat Pizza: Back in Business and has moved into a career as an independent filmmaker.
Now, Holly and her husband Paul are selling their prized home and we suspect that the property at 46 Beatty Street, just metres from Forty Baskets Beach, is set for a heated auction.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac, it's been a family home to the couple and their two kids, aged 12 and nine. The four bedroom, three bathroom property has direct access to harbourside parkland and views to Manly and the Q Station. So it's easy if you want to drop your kayak or standup paddleboard into the harbour for a bit of water action.
If staying on terra firma is more your style, you can trek on one of the nearby walking trails or put your green thumb to good use in the terraced garden.
If that all sounds like too much hard work, invite your friends over to have cocktails on the rooftop terrace or dine al fresco on the balcony as you take in the spectacular views over North Harbour.
With only one neighbour to one side and bushland on the other, you're in a private setting that's like an oasis that still has convenient access to the city. It's also minutes from shops and Manly Beach.
Set on 689 metres square, it also features multiple living areas, a study, gym and ground floor studio, which has its own bathroom, kitchenette and deck. The property was purchased in 2012 for $3.8 million.
Auction: December 18
Price guide: $12.5-$13.75 million
