TACO Bell is coming to the northern beaches with the Mexican-inspired fast food chain advertising for staff.
The outlet will open at 701 Pittwater Road in Dee Why, next door to the B-Line bus stop at the corner of St David Avenue, if plans before council are approved.
The development application shows the outlet will have a colourful graffiti mural as part of its Pittwater Road facade. The murals will continue inside where there will also be three self-service ordering kiosks and seating for 28 people.
There are no details in the DA about the number of staff that will be employed, the store's opening date or its hours of operation.
New Taco Bell opening days in other locations have attracted frenzied fans. More than 200 people lined up outside the first store in Western Australia for its official opening last month, with some even camping outside the outlet in Perth overnight so they could be first in line to try the fast food.
The American fast food giant has 7000 stores across the world, and the Dee Why outlet will be the third in Sydney. Other NSW locations include: Greensquare (Zetland), Blacktown, Jesmond, Albion Park, Ballina, Tamworth and one in Orange in the Central West is due to open on October 26.
Submissions on the DA are open until Wednesday, October 27.
Taco Bell has been contacted for comment.
