"It's far enough to be away from the heart of Manly so that it's quiet but close enough so you can easily walk to the restaurants and cafes."
Now with kids getting older, the couple is looking to downsize. Kylee says: "I've never felt like I've owned this house. I've always felt like a custodian of this beautiful grand old lady. I feel honoured to have lived here and now it's time to let somebody else enjoy it."
